We reserve the right to cancel unconfirmed or unpaid orders. In the event of a pricing error due to a system issue, we will contact you promptly to discuss a fair resolution before proceeding with fulfillment.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

All valid, paid orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We provide reliable worldwide shipping with full tracking on every order. Standard international delivery takes approximately 10–25 business days depending on destination.

Delivery estimates are for reference only and may be affected by international logistics, customs clearance, or local postal conditions. My Store is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events, customs inspections, or local carrier disruptions beyond our control.

4. Customs & International Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees as regulated by their local country or region. We comply with all international shipping regulations and declare products accurately on all customs documentation. Any customs-related issues arising from the buyer's personal circumstances are the customer's sole responsibility.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We support fair and straightforward return, exchange, and refund services to protect your shopping rights.

Damaged, incorrect, defective, or missing items: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with supporting photos or video. We will offer a full refund, replacement, or partial compensation as appropriate.
Change-of-mind returns: Accepted within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and a 10% restocking fee applies. Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for unconditional returns or exchanges unless defective.

We welcome wholesale and bulk purchase inquiries across all product categories. Bulk customers enjoy exclusive discounted pricing and priority shipping. Once agreed upon in writing, both parties are expected to honor the confirmed terms.
